About Us
Chris and Francine Simone both grew up in Santa Clara County (living in Sunnyvale, San Jose, Cupertino, and Los Altos) and know the entire Bay Area very well. They married in 1995 after both graduating from college with 4 year degrees. Chris also has an MBA and a Broker license as well. They have 3 children; ages 23, 22, and 16. They are both full time Realtors and have been licensed with the California Department of Real Estate since 1999. They enjoy working with Buyers and Sellers, helping them exceed their real estate goals. They are extremely aggressive negotiators which leads to exceptional results. They are innovative thinkers and have some creative ways of adding a lot of value for their clients.
