For Buyers:

Our philosophy centers around exceptional customer service. If you are thinking of buying a home, here are just some of the standard things we do for our clients:

  • Have a face to face meeting to understand overall real estate objectives and motives and educate you on the home buying process

  • Initiate loan pre-qualification and/or approval (When using our real estate serices, you do not have to use us for your loan if you don't want to.  However, we can offer better rates than most other mortgage brokers since we are already representing you in your home purchase which allows us to do your loan for less.  We treat loans mostly as an added benefit for our clients)

  • Set up an automated email MLS search with our powerful software.  Our software checks the Multiple Listing Service (where all broker listed homes are available) every 15 minutes to see if there is anything you would be interested in, and emails you and us immediately if it finds anything.  This allows us to see new listings before most other agents even know that a new home is on the market!  It will also inform you if there are any price drops.  Great deals don't last long!

  • Make ourselves accessible to our clients just about 24hrs a day, 7 days a week.  Since there are two of us working for you, we are always available to show you any home you are interested in or to answer any questions you might have.

  • Negotiate extremely aggressively on your behalf.  We know the ins-and-outs of all the contracts and are very skilled at negotiations.  We routinely save our Buyer clients $5,000-$30,000 above and beyond what we are confident other agents could do.

For Sellers:

If you are thinking of selling a home, here are just some of the things we do to get your home maximum exposure (resulting in the best offer possible):

  • Have a face to face meeting to understand overall real estate objectives and motives and educate you on the home selling process.

One additional thing that people don’t realize is the importance of being represented by a strong negotiator.  From the time a buyer decides they want a particular home up to the final days of escrow, we know how to negotiate aggressively on your behalf.  We feel that we routinely save our buyers an extra $5,000-$30,000 that they would have otherwise missed out on.   For our sellers, we know how to entice multiple offers and the best ways to get competition bidding (or over-bidding) on our clients’ homes.  We also have a mastery over all the contracts and documents and know how best to use them to our clients’ advantage.
